Ways To Give
How To Make A Memorial Donation
In Memory Of…
Donations in memory of a family member or friend directly benefit the patients and families of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois. Memorial gifts give special meaning to the family of the deceased, allowing a donor to express sympathy, love and respect, while contributing to an ongoing cause. Gifts of any amount are gratefully accepted and each is acknowledged with personal correspondence to both the donor and the deceased’s family.
In Honor Of…
Gifts may be made in honor of special people and special events in the lives of donors.
Make your memorial/honor gift online now, or contact a member of our Foundation staff at 224-770-2413 to request a memorial envelope. Memorial envelopes are available for distribution at funeral/memorial services. Please contact us to obtain a supply or to have some delivered to a funeral home.
Lasting Tributes
The Memorial Walkway in our Patient and Family Gardens at the Pepper Family Hospice Home & Center for Care in Barrington and The Memorial Wall in the Woodstock Hospice Home offer families the opportunity to honor their loved
ones with a lasting tribute. These gifts are available with a $1,000 donation. Personalized wording on an engraved brick in Barrington or engraved tile in Woodstock can be ordered year-round, however, engraving and installation occurs twice a year, in the spring and fall.
For those wishing to make a major gift to HPNI, various Naming Opportunities are available at both facilities. Please contact Maria Liedlich at 224-770-2416 for gifts to the Pepper Family Hospice Home, and Donna Kassens at 224-770-2411 for gifts to the Woodstock Hospice Home.
