Hospice Careers

Almost 17 years ago, I had the opportunity to work for this agency. I thought if I didn't like it, I could do something else. Needless to say I found it the most rewarding and stimulating job that I've had in my long career. This agency has provided me with many wonderful learning opportunities. I have met so many special people along the way who have enriched my life and have taught me valuable life lessons. HPNI is my idea of what a hospice should be.

Welcome Home!

It takes the right kind of person to work in hospice care. And due to the growth
of our agency, we're looking for the right
people to help staff our agency as well
at the Pepper Family Hospice Home and Center for Care, which will open in
Barrington, Ill., this summer.

Because our work impacts the quality of life of people who are ill and those who
love them, we seek special employees who are dedicated, technically skilled,
possess superior interpersonal skills and wish to enthusiastically contribute
to our culture of caring.

One hallmark of hospice is its interdisciplinary approach to delivering care. The
unique skills of each team member - physician, nurse, social worker, spiritual
care giver, home health aide and volunteer - are vital to the high-quality care
that we provide to our patients and families. Hospice &
Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois is also dedicated to providing grief support,
training and education to the communities we serve.

From clinical to administrative, we currently have various job opportunities.

If you're compassionate, customer-service oriented and have critical thinking skills,
Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois invites you to join our team.
