The Power of an Educated Community

Community Outreach

Community education and awareness of hospice care is an attribute of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois' mission.

Community Grief Support Services

Professional grief counselors reach out and support our community with grief support services. For families and individuals who are coping with the sudden or traumatic loss of a loved one, Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois offers grief support.

Our community grief support services are available to employers, pastors, school counselors and others who have relationships that require providing supportive services.

Speaker’s Bureau

Education is our commitment to you! End-of-life is a fact of life. However, the topic of death or hospice is not openly discussed or accepted in general. Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois clinical professionals and volunteers are available to present a variety of topics related to end-of-life, as well as grief and loss and caregiving as a part of Speaker's Bureau.

Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois has several nationally recognized staff members available to present on a wide range of topics for your organization, agency or community group.
