Volunteers are an important part of our hospice care. Whether you provide support to patients and families, help with office duties or work at a fundraising event, you are an integral part of the Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois team.
Once a referral is made, Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois will make the admission as soon as needed – generally within 48 hours.
Requesting hospice services is simple. You can ask your doctor to make a referral to Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois or you can contact us yourself and request services. To learn about the admission process, please review the video
