Donations of $1,000 or above will be given special recognition in publications and on donor walls displayed at our facilities. Donors will have the opportunity to consent to this and may always choose to remain anonymous.
President’s Society: Honors donors who have made annual gifts of $1,000 or more
Hospice Society: Honors donors who have made cumulative gifts of $10,000 or more
Endowment Society: Funds established by a donor for a special purpose or to support ongoing operations
Legacy of Caring Society: Honors donors who include Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois in their estate plans—whether by will, trust, insurance, or life income arrangements.
Your commitment to our cause can live through a simple addition to your will:
- Bequests that designate a percentage or a specific dollar amount to Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois can be added by adding an addition to your will. Should you choose to make this provision please call our Foundation office and you will become a member of the Legacy of Caring Society.
- Planned gifts such as a bequest provide long term support for our work. You will leave a meaningful mark that spans beyond your years. Your financial advisor, trust officer, and attorney will guide you to the best option for your personal financial situation.
