We build lasting relationships to secure the resources needed to sustain and advance the mission of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois.

By making a gift to the Hospice Foundation you have the opportunity to enhance the vital mission of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois in a way that is meaningful to you. You can provide future patient and family services through enhanced clinical care, expanded grief support services, pediatric hospice and palliative services, inpatient care, and community outreach and education programs. 

Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois has never turned anyone away based on inability to pay for services provided. Donations to the Hospice Foundation will ensure that any individual will receive the care and support they need during a difficult time in their lives. 

You may choose to support the greatest need or restrict your gift to a specific program. Gifts can be made in the form of cash, stocks, personal property, or in-kind donations gifts of goods and services, among others. Click here for more detailed information on these or other ways to give.

Throughout the year, Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois staff and volunteers raise money through special events, grants, direct mail appeals, individual and corporate donations, and planned gifts to provide the necessary financial support for our patients and their families.  

Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois will provide donor recognition through its Presidents Society, Hospice Society, Endowment Society, and Legacy of Caring Society. 

Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult with your tax professional, attorney, financial advisor or trust officer for the personal benefit of your contribution.
