Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care: Supporting Children and their Families

When the unthinkable happens, and a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, Hope’s Friends is ready to step in. Hope’s Friends is a specialized pediatric program of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois dedicated to helping children and their families affected by life-limiting illness live each day to the fullest with comfort, courage, quality and an appreciation for each moment.

Hope’s Friends pediatric program is the largest provider of pediatric hospice and palliative care in the State of Illinois. Created in 2005, it cares for children ages 0-21 through a team of professionals who support the family with specialized resources delivered within the familiar surroundings of home. They come to you, to make life easier.
