Setting the Standard
- The region’s largest nonprofit hospice-only provider.
27 years of experience in delivering quality end-of-life care.
- Partnerships and collaborations with hospitals, churches, educational institutions, and other agencies help keep Hospice’s programming both responsive and innovative.
- One of the largest hospice grief support programs in the State of Illinois is a valued resource for patients, their families, and the communities served by Hospice.
- An unmatched commitment to caring for each patient’s body, mind, and spirit requires programming that is comprehensive. Besides high-quality nursing care and pain management, Hospice services include massage, art, pet, Reiki, and music therapies; spiritual care and grief support; case management, and palliative care.
- A low patient-staff ratio means our patients, as well as those who love them, receive the highest level of care.
- Specially trained in post-traumatic stress care –– especially important for U.S. veterans.
