About Us

Hospice Foundation Supports Quality Hospice and Palliative Care

The Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois provides financial funding to Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois to cover those costs related to uninsured or underinsured patients, services provided to patients that are not reimbursed by insurance or Medicare, drug costs and special acute care for patients living at home.

HPNI programs supported by the Foundation include:

Pediatric Care
Integrative therapies
Care for veterans
Latino outreach
Specialized grief support programs like Camp Courage
and Remember U
Education and Outreach

Contributions are accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card, in-kind donation, gifts of stock or personal property, planned gifts, endowments, grants and special event sponsorship and/or attendance.
